3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can pumpkin pie mix
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10 x 1 inch pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie pan. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean; 50 to 53 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
