MYSTERY MOCHA CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. cold double strength coffee

Mix first 4 ingredients. Melt chocolate and batter together and add to dry ingredients. Mix well and add milk and vanilla. Pour into greased square pan. Mix brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar, cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour coffee over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
