BROCCOLI SALAD 
Peel stalks of 1 bunch broccoli. Cut in thin slivers and flowers in small pieces. Cook 1/2 pound bacon and cool. Break into pieces and add to cut broccoli. Add 1/2 cup sunflower kernels (or pumpkin seeds).

DRESSING:

1/2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
Salt

Mix together and pour over broccoli mixture.
