1 gal. strained tomatoes
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. red pepper
1 lg. onion

Cook until thick. Add 1 cup vinegar and 1 cup brown sugar. Cook until no water separates on a plate. Bottle and seal.
