1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. fat
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. pepper

Sauté onion in fat until brown, then add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
