PICKLED SHRIMP 
2 1/2 lbs. shrimp
1/2 bunch celery tops
3 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mixed pickling spice

Boil together until done, then peel. Layer shrimp with sliced onions, and 7 or 8 bay leaves and cover with dressing. 1 c. white vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/2 tsp. celery seed 2 1/2 tbsp. capers and juice Dash Tabasco

Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
