DILLY OF A PICKLE 
24 firm pickling cucumbers
1 bunch dill
Water to cover
1 whole garlic, peeled & sliced
2 oz. pickling spice
1/4 c. Kosher salt

Pack jars (mayonnaise size) with cucumbers. Break up dill and place among cucumbers. Make brine of water, salt, garlic and spices. Pour brine into jars to cover cucumbers. Let stand at least 3 days then refrigerate.
