SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. round steak, 1 inch thick
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. bottle of French dressing
2 lg. sliced onions

Cut meat into serving size pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Pound into meat. Heat small amount of dressing in skillet. Brown meat on both sides. Add onion and rest of dressing. Cover and simmer for 2-2 1/2 hours.
