MICROWAVE SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
1/4 c. flour
1 (1 oz.) pkg. seasoning for Swiss steak
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Coat with flour. Place in a single layer in roasting bag. Combine seasoning mix, tomato sauce and water. Pour over steak in bag. Close bag with string about 2 inches from end. Place in 7 1/2 x 12 inch baking dish. Puncture 4 holes with fork in top of bag. Let stand 10 minutes. Cook on "high" in microwave for 10 minutes. Turn dish and cook another 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 4 to 5 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
