CREAMY SPRING SLAW 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. quartered or sliced radishes
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 tsp. diced green pepper
1 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. celery seed (opt.)

Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water. Slowly blend mayonnaise and 1/2 cup water. Add vinegar. Combine the 2, mix and chill until thick enough to whip, until very fluffy. Fold in vegetables and turn into mold. Chill.
