SALMON CROQUETTES 
1 lg. can salmon
1 can mushroom soup
Cracker crumbs

After draining the liquid from the salmon, mix the salmon with the soup; add the cracker crumbs until the salmon and soup mixture is firm enough to make into croquettes. Roll them in cracker crumbs and fry in hot fat or oil. Makes 8-10.
