PETITE CROQUETTES SALMON 
1 lg. can salmon, boned, drained & flaked
2 eggs
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. buttermilk with 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. plain flour

Flake salmon. Add eggs and mix well. Add buttermilk and soda, salt, pepper and flour. Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot oil in pan. More flour may be added if mixture is too thin.
