SPAGHETTI AND MEAT SAUCE 
2 c. salad oil
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. finely chopped green pepper
8 lbs. ground beef
10 (16 oz.) cans whole or chopped tomatoes
6 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
3 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
5 lbs. thin spaghetti

Combine in a large heavy saucepan, oil, onions, green pepper and ground beef. Cook until meat is browned, stirring often. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cook on low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Serve meat sauce over spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese.
