DILL BREAD 
3/4 very warm water
1 c. cottage cheese (room temperature)
2 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk
4 1/4 c. bread flour
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast

Place all ingredients, in order, in pan of bread machine. Process using "Basic" program. Remove from pan at end of cycle. Cool. Slice.
