HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/4 c. sweet pickles
Crushed potato chips or grated American cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend first 6 ingredients; combine with chicken and next 3 ingredients. Place in 6 individual ramekins. Sprinkle with potato chips or cheese. Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until hot. Garnish with parsley or pickle fan, if desired. Makes 6 servings (3 1/2 cups mixture). I put mine in a casserole and cook all at once (10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch). Bake 20 minutes or until hot.
