GARLIC CHICKEN 
2 chickens, quartered
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper chicken. Place in small roasting pan. Cook at 375 degrees until chicken is 3/4 done. In skillet, melt butter. Lightly saute the parsley and garlic. Add hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over chicken and cook until chicken is done.
