CRANBERRY - BANANA MOLD 
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) raspberry flavored sugar-free gelatin
1 can (8 oz.) cranberry sauce
1 2/3 c. low-cal cranberry juice cocktail
1 c. bananas, sliced

In medium saucepan, over medium high heat, bring water to boil; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Fold in cranberry sauce. Reduce heat to medium and cook mixture until sauce is melted. Stir in cranberry juice cocktail. Refrigerate mixture until slightly thickened and syrupy. Fold in banana slices. Pour mixture into 4 cup mold; cover and refrigerate until gelatin is set. Serves 8.
