FIVE DAY COCONUT CAKE | |
2 c. fresh grated coconut 2 c. sugar 2 c. sour cream 1 yellow cake mix 1 can Angel Flake Coconut Five days before planning to serve, mix fresh coconut, sugar and sour cream. Refrigerate uncovered 24 hours. Bake cake according to instructions in 2 layers. Cool. Cut each layer crosswise to make 4 layers in all. Spread sour cream mixture between layers and on top. Top with Angel Flake Coconut. Refrigerate, covered for 4 days before serving. Serves 18 to 20. |
