PORK CHOPS WITH CURRIED RICE | |
4 pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick 1 can (1 lb.) mixed Chinese vegetables, undrained 1/2 c. rice, uncooked 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 can mushrooms, optional Brown chops on both sides in butter. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into a casserole. Place chops on top of rice mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Add more liquid during baking if needed. Serves 4. |
