WEDDING POTATO SALAD 
6 potatoes, boiled & diced
4 eggs, boiled & diced
2 c. cabbage, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all together with cooled dressing.

DRESSING:

2 egg yolks
3 tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix well with 1 cup vinegar and cook until thick. Cool.
