MUM'S CHILI 
1 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
water

Brown and drain thoroughly ground beef at low to medium heat. Add one can of soup at a time, stirring til incorporated well. Add can of tomato sauce, stir in well.

Mix the brown gravy and 1 cup water, pour into hamburger. Mix and stir. Add one cup hot water if a thinner mixture is desired. Serve in bowls with mashed potatoes and peas or by itself with buttered bread on the side.
