BEEF CHOP SUEY 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
Salt and pepper
1 c. hot water
1 can drained bean sprouts

Fry meat in butter. Add all the ingredients and cook until tender. Thicken with 1/3 cup water, 2 tablespoons cornstarch or flour, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar and cook rice. Add soy sauce to taste - serve with cheese, pickles, radishes, crackers.
