MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream celery soup
8 oz. pkg. Doritos, crushed
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. grated cheese (cheddar)
Few chopped onions
1 can Rotel
1 can chicken soup

Boil chicken, then debone; cut into pieces. Mix soups, broth and Rotel together. In a 2-quart greased casserole alternate chicken, onions, Doritos, cheese and soups. Top with Doritos and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Let stand for 10-15 minutes, then serve.
