PEACH DUMPLING 
1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 lb. can sliced peaches

Melt butter and pour into casserole. Mix together dry ingredients. Add milk; mix. Pour batter over melted butter. DO NOT STIR. Add can of peaches, juice and all. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
