MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) box elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook macaroni. In a bowl beat egg and milk together. Season to taste. In a casserole dish layer half of the macaroni in the bottom of dish. Top with half of the cheese. Put remaining macaroni, then cheese on top. Pour milk mixture over all. Dot with butter. Bake at 305 degrees for 30 minutes. Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
