MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 lb. macaroni, cooked
2 (8 oz.) white sharp cheese (Cracker Barrel)
8 slices American cheese
8 oz. Swiss cheese
2 sticks butter
2 qt. milk

In large baking dish place half of the macaroni, lay half American cheese and Swiss cheese. Add remaining macaroni, grated sharp cheese, white American and Swiss. Cut butter in pieces and lay on top. Add milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
