LEMON CREAM SHRIMP WITH LINGUINI 
1 1/2 lbs. peeled shrimp
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 pt. heavy cream
1 tsp. flour
2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 (thin strip) red bell pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 slice fresh ginger, minced
2 scallions, cut in rings
1/2 lb. linguini (4 people), 1/2 pkg.
Olive oil
1 tbsp. sweet butter, unsalted
Salt & pepper

Peel and devein shrimp, marinate in 1 tablespoon lemon peel and ginger. Set aside for 1 hour (refrigerated). Slice red bell pepper in thin strips. Cut up scallions in small rings. Place oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan. Saute shrimp, red peppers, scallions, ginger, until shrimp are almost cooked. Add cream, flour, sugar and salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon juice. Stir until it bubbles and slightly thick. Serve over hot cooked linguini. Garnish with remaining lemon ring (grated). Enjoy!
