KEY LIME PIE 
4 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can or 2 (7 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
3 oz. key lime juice
1 graham cracker pie crust

Separate 4 eggs, discard whites. Combine egg yolks and one 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk. Mix well. Stir in 3 oz. of key lime juice, adding a little at a time. Stir until filling is smooth and creamy. Pour into a graham cracker pie crust. Bake 10-15 min @350F. Chill in refrigerator for one hour and serve chilled topped with whipped cream. Keep refrigerated.
