OLIVE NUT BREAD 
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 beaten egg
1 c. chopped olives
1 c. broken walnuts
2 tbsp. chopped pimientos

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Blend well. Add milk and egg to dry ingredients until moistened only. Add olives, nuts and pimientos. Stir only to blend.

Place in greased pans (2-7 inch loaves). Let stand 20 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans.
