SOUR CREAM MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg (beaten)
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. tomatoes (Include liquid)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium clove garlic (minced)
1/2 c. water

Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs and half of onion soup mix. Mix well and form into meatballs. In a large fry pan, brown meatballs on all sides. Remove meatballs from pan and drain all fat. Turn off heat and add remaining soup mix and ingredients to the pan. Mix well and return meatballs to pan. Simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
