PAN AMERICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. green peppers
1 sm. bunch celery
1 lb. onions
1 sm. bottle olives
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. butter
Grated cheese
1 clove garlic
Noodles

Fry each of first 3 ingredients, separate in order given for 10 minutes in butter.

Brown ground beef with 1 minced clove garlic. Cook 1 (8 oz.) package noodles, drained. Add all the above ingredients, except grated cheese. Mix well in large casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover tightly. Let stand in refrigerator for 3 days. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, then cook for 30 to 42 minutes.
