PAELLA 
1/2 lb. sausage
2 c. boneless chicken pieces breast in bite size
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice mix
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. peas and carrots, frozen
Paprika
Coarse ground pepper

In a large skillet, cut up and brown sausage. Remove from pan. Add chicken to sausage drippings and cook until done, seasoning liberally with paprika and black pepper. Remove from pan and set aside. Add chopped celery, onion, and green pepper and stir fry. When tender crisp, combine all ingredients except for peas and carrots, following directions on wild rice package. When rice is cooked and water is absorbed, stir in frozen peas and carrots. When those are hot, serve.
