BANANA CUPCAKES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. mashed banana (2 lg.)
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt

Mix frosting ingredients together.

Cream butter; add sugar, add beaten egg into mixture. Add bananas, flour and soda. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 18.
