1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. butter, melted

Beat eggs and add sugar. Mix all ingredients together and beat for 2 minutes until smooth. Pour into greased pie shell. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
