HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
8 slices bread, cubed
3 or 4 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. gravy or 1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Put 4 slices cubed bread in well greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Mix celery, onion, and mayonnaise and scatter over bread layer. Cover with other 4 slices of cubed bread. Mix milk and eggs, and pour over bread. (Can be prepared to this point and refrigerated until ready to bake). Pour gravy or soup over all and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, top with cheese and bake another 1/2 hour. 6 to 8 generous servings.
