HAM AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 slices cooked ham
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour (all-purpose)
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. shredded med. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook broccoli according to package directions; omitting salt; drain. Arrange broccoli in a lightly greased 1-quart casserole. Place ham slices over broccoli. Set aside.

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened and bubbly. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until cheese is melted.

Pour cheese sauce over broccoli and ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 2 servings.
