DATE NUT ROLLS 
2 lg. boxes of graham crackers
1 lg. bag marshmallows
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 boxes pitted dates
1 qt. pecans
1 lb. candied cherries
4 cans coconut or 1 lg. bag

Reserve 1 box graham cracker crumbs to roll mixture in. Mix all ingredients together except milk and marshmallows. Crush graham crackers finely. Pour milk over marshmallows and heat slowly until marshmallows are melted. Stirring frequently, to prevent scorching.

When melted pour over mixture and blend well. Divide into 4 equal piles. Crush reserved box of graham crackers. Divide in 4 equal parts. Roll out mixture into log shapes. Roll in crumbs. Refrigerate.

Recipe can be halved if desired.
