TORTELLINI SOUP 
3 (46 oz.) cans chicken broth
2 (16 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
1 lg. zucchini, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
Parsley, garlic, oregano and salt to taste
2 bags frozen cheese tortellini

In a large saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a full boil over high flame, except tortellini. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add tortellini and simmer an additional 10-15 minutes.
