CRUNCHY RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) long grain & wild rice
1 can sweet peas, drained
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sweet pepper (red)
1/2 c. cream buttermilk salad dressing

Cook rice. Combine rice, peas, nuts, peppers. Add salad dressing and gently toss to coat. Chill. Toss gently before serving.
