TENDER CHUCK ROAST 
Chuck roast
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper
Tomato soup
Worcestershire sauce
Carrots
Potatoes
1 sm. cabbage (if desired)
Parsley flakes

Brown roast on both sides with cut up onion and chopped garlic. Add 1/4 cup water plus 1 can tomato soup and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer slowly 1 hour at 325 degrees. Add carrots and potatoes; sprinkle parsley flakes. Cook until vegetables are to your taste. Half of cabbage cut in wedges adds a different flair.
