STUFFED SWEET PEPPERS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 ave. size onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
2 eggs
1 c. catsup
1 c. corn flakes
Salt to taste
6 sweet peppers, cut in halves

SAUCE:

2 1/2 c. catsup or tomato sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix first 7 ingredients well. Hollow out inside of peppers. Place in hot water. Boil hard for 5 minutes. Cool and stuff. Place in dish that all 12 halves will fit it.

Mix together catsup or tomato sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Spread over peppers in dish. Bake 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
