STUFFED SWEET PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1 c. dry rice, cook and cool
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. ground meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup

Melt butter in pan. Add meat and chopped onion. Heat until meat changes color, add salt, catsup and rice. Mix well.

Boil peppers in salty water 2 to 3 minutes. Cool. Stuff with meat mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
