FROZEN PUMPKIN PARFAIT SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream

Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into bottom of 9 inch square pan. Combine the pumpkin, brown sugar, salt and spices. Fold into softened ice cream. Pour into crumb lined pan. Cover and freeze until firm. Cut into squares. Top with whipped cream.
