CHEESY POTATOES 
16-20 potatoes, baked and cooled
2 lb. shredded cheese
1 qt. whipping cream, unwhipped

Peel and shred potatoes. Layer in 9 x 13 pan potatoes, cheese, potatoes, and cheese. Pour the whipping cream over the layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Time saving method - use 2 packages of frozen shredded potatoes. However, you may need to increase baking time, or defrost potatoes.
