SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs, salt and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and stir into cream mixture, also sour cream. Mix other ingredients together and crumble across top of batter. Cut through batter, so filling will go through cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
