SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 eggs 1/2 pt. sour cream 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla Topping: 3/4 c. nuts, chopped 1/4 c. sugar 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Combine topping ingredients together. Beat butter and sugar in electric mixer until creamy, then add flour with baking powder and baking soda mixed in, eggs and sour cream. Add vanilla last. Put half the mixture into an angel food pan or Bundt pan and spread half the topping over it, then add rest of mixture and finish with the rest of topping. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. |
