SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage (Bob Evans)
1 c. finely diced onion
1 1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. minced parsley
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together; best if worked by hand. Shape into balls and brown well in skillet with hot oil. Do about a dozen at a time.

Use four 15 ounce cans of Hunt's tomato sauce in crock-pot; add meatballs as you brown them. Simmer in crock-pot 3 to 4 hours or longer.

Makes about 45 to 50 meatballs.
