CREAM OF TOMATO SOUP 
2 qts. chicken broth
6 lg. tomatoes, peeled, diced
4 c. tomato puree
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. honey
1 c. heavy cream
Milk

In large pot add chicken broth, tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic, pepper, and honey. Simmer, covered, for 2 hours.

Press soup through a fine sieve or puree in blender. Reheat soup; add cream and butter. Thin soup to desired consistency with milk. Serve hot.
