SPANISH CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut up
2 c. tomatoes, cut up
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, cut med.
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. water

Sprinkle chicken with salt. Fry in small amount of cooking oil (do not flour). Saute vegetables. Combine all ingredients in chicken fry pan, cover and cook on low heat for about 1 hour. More water may be added if needed. Serve on large biscuits, with all gravy.
