SPECIAL FRENCH DRESSING 
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
3/4 c. vegetable oil

Combine water, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic and olive and vegetable oils in a jar with a screw-top; shake. Chill. Shake again before using. Makes 1 1/2 cups for 66 cents.
